Prepare the bananas by peeling them and cutting each in half.
Stick a popsicle stick into the cut end of the banana. Press it in far enough so that the banana is stable, be careful not to puncture the banana.
Melt the chocolate according to the package instructions.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it next to the bananas and melted chocolate.
Arrange out your toppings and drizzle into separate bowls
Dip the bananas in the melted chocolate mixture. Use a spoon to assist you to help get more chocolate on the banana.
Wait for the excess chocolate to drip off and then lay the banana flat on the parchment-lined sheet.
Sprinkle any toppings over the top of the bananas while the chocolate is still wet.
Put the tray of bananas in the freezer for 10 minutes for the chocolate to Harden.
Store the bananas in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
