Amazing Sugar Cookie Fudge Bars!

If you love sugar cookies, then you will adore this easy fudge recipe! All you need is a sugar cookie mix and a few other ingredients!

Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cups sugar cookie mix (17.5 oz Betty Crocker)

    • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (396g)

    • 2 tbsp salted butter, softened

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • ¼ tsp almond extract

    • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips

    • 3 tbsp holiday sprinkles (red, green, white)

Instructions

    1. Microwave sugar cookie mix on ½ power in 30-sec intervals for 1 ½ minutes, stirring after each. Cool completely.
    2. Line 8×8 dish with parchment, lightly spray with nonstick spray.
    3. In a saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk over medium-low, stirring for 2 mins.
    4. Add butter, vanilla, and almond extract; melt butter. Stir in white chocolate chips until smooth, then add cooled sugar cookie mix. Stir until smooth.
    5. Spread in prepared pan, top with sprinkles. Chill for 4 hours.
    6. Lift fudge out using parchment, cut into 36 squares. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
