Epic and Easy Easter Grazing Board
This Easter appetizer and dessert board is sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
- Cake and frosting (I used cookie cutters to cut out two circles and the ears from a flat sheet cake)
- Cheese cubes
- Grapes
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Kiwi
- Crackers
- Dried candies (such as oranges or apricots)
- Cucumbers
- Carrots
- Cashews
- Peanut M&M’s
- Chocolate eggs
- Jelly Beans
Instructions
- Start with a cake mix and follow directions on box. Use cookie cutters or a cake pan to make bunny shape (You can also use a round bowl or glass to make the circular shapes, or trace/draw the shapes you need on parchment paper.)
- Frost bunny cake and place in the middle of the board.
- Start placing the larger snacks on the outside rim of the board (such as the grapes and cheese cubes.)
- Work your way towards the center of the board using the smaller items (such as Jelly Beans or M & M’s.)
- Decorate as desired with small dishes and salami/turkey roses.
