This creamy Boursin bow tie pasta recipe uses rotisserie chicken, spinach, and Parmesan for the ultimate quick and easy one-pan dinner. The Boursin garlic and herb cheese melts into starchy pasta water, creating the dreamiest sauce in just 25 minutes.
12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)
1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese
1 cup reserved pasta water (add more if needed for sauce)
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 cups fresh spinach
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cook bow tie pasta in salted water until al dente. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Return the hot pasta to the skillet. Stir in Boursin cheese, adding reserved pasta water gradually until a creamy sauce forms.
Fold in shredded rotisserie chicken and spinach, stirring until the chicken is warmed through and spinach wilts.
Sprinkle in ½ cup Parmesan cheese and stir until melted into the sauce.
Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
Rotisserie chicken keeps this recipe quick and flavorful—perfect for busy nights.
Add extra Parmesan or a splash of cream if you prefer a richer sauce.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat with a splash of water or milk.
