Let your creativity shine with choosing your favorite ingredients for this festive appetizer! You could also substitute the appetizers for your favorite sweets to make a yummy dessert wreath!

Ingredients

Depending on the occasion, you could do an appetizer medley, or focus on just cheese, fruits, veggies, or desserts! I used a combination of crackers, cheeses, meat, veggies, and fruit. If you’d like to create a similar charcuterie wreath, you will need:

  • Crackers (I used both Kellog’s Townhouse and Toasteds crackers)
  • Fruits, such as strawberries, grapes, apples, orange slices, blueberries, or raspberries
  • Cheese variety, such as brie, cheddar, or mozzarella
  • Meat variety, such as salami, pastrami, or turkey
  • Veggies, such as cucumber, tomatoes, or peppers
  • Nuts, such as almonds or hazelnuts
  • Leaf garnish, such as basil, rosemary, mint, or eucalyptus. (I used eucalyptus from Trader Joe’s!)

Instructions

You can arrange the charcuterie wreath however you’d like! Here are the steps I personally find the easiest to do in order:

  1. Select serving platter (I linked several suggestions below)
  2. Arrange the greenery in a circle as a base layer for the wreath on serving platter
  3. Distribute several piles of crackers around the circle
  4. Fill in as desired with fruits, cheese, meat, veggies, and nuts

Tip: Start with the largest items first (such as grapes) before filling in the smaller bites.

Notes

If you have any dietary preferences, allergies, or restrictions, there are so many options you can do! Skip the meat entirely for a vegetarian option or leave out any nuts to accommodate any allergies. For a healthier choice, you could make the charcuterie wreath entirely out of fruits and veggies.

To make a dessert board instead, arrange goodies like cookies, chocolate-covered pretzels, popcorn, and your favorite candy in a wreath shape and you’re ready to go!
