This Spicy Mango Margarita Float is summer in a glass—sweet, smoky, citrusy, and just the right amount of heat.

Ingredients

    • 1 scoop mango Tajín sorbet

    • 1.5 oz Ancho Reyes (if you don’t want spicy you can use triple sec)

    • 1 oz tequila (blanco)

    • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

    • 0.5 oz agave syrup (optional, if you want it sweeter)

    • Splash of Topo Chico or mango soda

    • Tajín + lime wedge for rim

Instructions

    • Rim a glass with lime juice and Tajín.

    • In a shaker, combine Ancho Reyes, tequila, lime juice, and agave with ice. Shake well and pour into the glass.

    • Add a scoop of mango Tajín sorbet. Top with a splash of Topo Chico or mango soda. Enjoy!
