This Spicy Sauvignon Blanc Spritz is crisp summer cocktail with a bit of a jalapeño kick! Refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, but make her spicy.

Ingredients

    • 1 bottle chilled Sauvignon Blanc

    • 12 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced

    • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

    • 1/4 cup simple syrup

    • Sparkling water or club soda

    • Tajín + lime wedge for the rim

    • Ice (about 5 cubes per glass)

    • Optional: a few dashes of Bonfire Bitters (for extra spice + smoky depth)

    • Garnish: cucumber slices, fresh basil, or jalapeño wheels

Instructions

    • Infuse jalapeño slices into the wine for 10–15 minutes.

    • Rim glasses with lime and Tajín.

    • In each glass, add ice, 1/2 cup of infused wine, lime juice, simple syrup, and sparkling water.

    • Add a dash or two of Bonfire Bitters if you want more heat and smoky depth.

    • Garnish and serve immediately.
