- 1 scoop of vanilla or lemon ice cream
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 2oz Prosecco
- Lemon slices

- Prepare tall glass (or wine glass) and add 1 large scoop of ice cream.
- Add Limoncello, them fill the glass (about 3/4) with Prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon slice and enjoy!
