These adorable Mini Brie Pumpkins are bursting with creamy Brie cheese, making them a savory delight for your fall gatherings.

    • 1 sheet puff pastry

    • 1 small wheel Brie cheese

    • 23 tbsp jam (e.g., apricot)

    • Cooking twine

    • Pretzel sticks or cinnamon sticks (for stems)

    • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of jam and a slice of Brie in the center of each square.
    3. Fold pastry around Brie, pinch edges, and tie with cooking twine to form a pumpkin shape.
    4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
    6. Remove twine and insert a pretzel or cinnamon stick as a stem.
