This no-bake Brownie Batter Dip is SO simple and is perfect for beginning bakers or quick recipes that you need in a pinch!

Ingredients

Scale

    • 1 box brownie mix (approx 1618 oz)
    • 6 oz cream cheese
    • 1 cup Cool Whip
    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • 24 tablespoons milk
    • Optional Mix-ins: 1 cup of mini chocolate chips (you could also use M & M’s, marshmallows, peanuts, or other candy!)
    • Festive Sprinkles

Dipper Options: Nilla wafers, graham crackers, apple slices, strawberries, cookies, pretzels, or any other favorite treats.

Instructions

    1. Place the dry brownie mixture in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring after each 15-second interval (this is called “heat-treating,” so the flour is safe to consume without being baked.)

    1. In a medium-sized or large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until soft, then mix in the Cool Whip.

    1. Add the dry Brownie mix to the cream cheese, butter, and Cool Whip mixture and beat until smooth. Add the milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing between each tablespoon.

    1. Stir in the added mix-ins and top with sprinkles if desired.

    1. Serve with favorite dippers and enjoy!

Notes

If your brownie mix is 16 oz, you may only need 1-3 tablespoons of milk.
