We’ve tried and tested A LOT of Crockpot Chili recipes, but this one is hands down our favorite! Super easy and perfect every single time!

Ingredients

    • 1 onion, diced

    • 1 green bell pepper, diced

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20) (You can also use ground turkey or omit meat for a vegetarian option)

    • 3 tablespoons chili powder, divided

    • 15.5 oz kidney beans, drained

    • 15.5 oz chili hot beans, drained

    • 29 oz can diced tomatoes

    • 8 oz tomato sauce

    • 2 tablespoons cumin

    • 1 tablespoon onion powder

    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

    • ½ tablespoon garlic powder

    • ½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

    1. Heat oil in a large pan; sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
    2. Add ground beef, cooking until almost browned.
    3. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chili powder and cook until fully browned.
    4. Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    5. Cook on low for 4 hours. Enjoy!
