    • 1 (11 oz) box mini saltines

    • 1Âź cups vegetable oil

    • 2 tbsp dill pickle juice

    • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

    • 1 tbsp dried dill weed

    • 1 tbsp paprika

    • 1–2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

    • Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or onion powder

Instructions

    • Whisk It: In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the oil, pickle juice, ranch seasoning, dill, paprika, red pepper flakes, and any optional seasonings.

    • Pour & Toss: Place crackers in a large zip-top bag or container. Pour the seasoned oil mixture over them, seal, and gently shake to coat.

    • Marinate: Let sit for at least 4 hours, or overnight, flipping occasionally to evenly coat every cracker.

    • Bake: Spread crackers on a baking sheet and bake at 250°F for 15–20 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely.
