This easy 2 Ingredient Berry Pie is made with frozen mixed berries and refrigerated sugar cookie dough for a buttery, golden dessert that's perfect for summer gatherings, holidays, or an easy weeknight treat. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate simple dessert.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
Pour the frozen mixed berries into the prepared dish, spreading them into an even layer. Do not thaw the berries first.
Slice or flatten pieces of the refrigerated sugar cookie dough and arrange them over the berries, covering most of the surface while leaving a few small gaps for steam to escape.
Place the pie dish on a baking sheet to catch any bubbling juices.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the cookie dough is golden brown and the berry filling is hot and bubbling around the edges. If the top begins browning too quickly, loosely cover it with foil during the last 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. This allows the berry filling to thicken.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.

Notes
There's no need to thaw the frozen berries before baking.
A 32-ounce bag of mixed berries works best, but anything between 28–32 ounces will work.
This recipe is delicious with frozen blueberries, blackberries, cherries, or peaches, too.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat individual servings in the microwave for 20–30 seconds or warm the entire pie in a 300°F oven until heated through.
