Baked Boursin and Tomato Dip

This easy Baked Boursin and Tomato Dip is made with creamy Boursin cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil and balsamic glaze for the perfect warm appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 5.2-ounce Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil chopped
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes to a small baking dish.
  • Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the Boursin cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the tomatoes have burst and the cheese is soft and creamy.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle with the chopped fresh basil.
  • Stir everything together until creamy and serve immediately with toasted baguette slices, crostini, crackers or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For extra heat, add ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes before baking.
Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Leftovers are delicious tossed with hot pasta or spread on toasted sandwiches.
