Instructions

  • Prep the vegetables - Wash, slice, and arrange celery, carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
  • Make spring elements (optional) -
  • Create tulip skewers using cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and green onions.
  • Make “carrot” peppers by filling halved mini peppers with Boursin cheese and topping with dill.
  • Assemble the board - Start with larger items like shrimp and bowls, then fill in with meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
  • Add drink components - Place Bloody Mary mix, vodka, and ice nearby or on the board.
