Ingredients
36slicessalami3 slices per skewer
12festive toothpicks or skewers
Optional: 12 small cheese cubescheddar, Colby Jack, or similar
Instructions
Cut a small slit into each slice of salami from the edge toward the center.
Fold the salami slightly to create a triangle shape.
Thread three folded salami slices onto each toothpick, stacking them to form a tree shape.
Lay the skewers flat on a serving platter or charcuterie board.
Optional: Add a cheese cube to the bottom of each toothpick if you prefer the skewers to stand upright.
