Ingredients

  • 1 12-count package Hawaiian rolls
  • –2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Keeping the Hawaiian rolls attached, carefully slice them horizontally into three layers without cutting all the way through the bottom.
  • Stir together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Gently separate the layers and evenly stuff with mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the rolls into a baking dish.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top, allowing it to soak into the bread.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
