Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 1 ½ cups o-shaped cereal like a non-branded Cheerios-style cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup red and green chocolate candies
  • 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark melted

Instructions

Prepare your station.

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. This will make cleanup easier and help your mix set evenly.

Combine the dry ingredients.

  • In a very large mixing bowl, add all three Chex cereals, the o-shaped cereal, pretzels, marshmallows, and chocolate candies. Gently toss everything together so the mix is evenly combined.

Melt the white chocolate.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and glossy. Avoid overheating to prevent clumping.

Coat the mix.

  • Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently fold with a rubber spatula until everything is evenly coated. Work slowly to avoid crushing the cereal.

Spread and set.

  • Pour the coated mix onto your parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread into an even layer and let it sit at room temperature for about 45 minutes, or until fully hardened.

Break into clusters.

  • Once the mix has set, break it apart into large bite-sized clusters. Transfer to an airtight container for storage or scoop into treat bags for gifting.

Notes

Add crushed candy canes or festive sprinkles on top before it sets for extra color and holiday flair.
Use almond bark for a smoother, creamier coating that sets perfectly every time.
Work quickly when stirring in the melted chocolate — it begins to firm up fast!
