Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Toss the dough balls until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated dough balls evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour evenly over the dough balls.
Slowly pour the heavy cream or kefir around the rolls, allowing it to pool in the bottom of the pan.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until the tops are golden and the centers are cooked through.
Whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over warm cinnamon roll bites before serving.

Notes
Pour the cream or kefir around the rolls, not directly on top, to keep the tops golden and the centers gooey.Best served warm for maximum softness and flavor. For the ultimate gooey center, let the cinnamon roll bites rest for 5 minutes after baking before adding the glaze. This allows the brown sugar sauce to thicken slightly and soak into the dough, giving every bite that soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture that tastes just like the middle of a cinnamon roll.
