In a large bowl, combine romaine, cucumbers, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and pistachios.
Add the crispy pasta, pour over the dressing, and toss until everything is coated.
Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or hot honey if needed… then dig in!
