These easy Crockpot Chicken Drumsticks are cooked low and slow in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce. With just a handful of ingredients and almost no prep, they're an easy family-friendly dinner for busy weeknights.

Instructions
Lightly coat the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange the chicken drumsticks in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken drumsticks.
Cover and cook on HIGH for about 4 hours or LOW for about 6 hours, until the chicken is tender and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
Carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker and spoon some of the sauce over the top.
Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, or parsley and serve warm.

For crispier, stickier chicken drumsticks, transfer the cooked chicken to a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with additional sauce and broil for 2–4 minutes, watching closely, until the outside is caramelized.Reduced-sodium soy sauce can be used to reduce the saltiness.Cooking times can vary slightly depending on the size of the drumsticks and your slow cooker.
