Crockpot Christmas Candy

This easy Crockpot Christmas Candy is a no-bake holiday favorite made with melted chocolate bark, dry roasted peanuts, toffee bits, peanut butter, and festive sprinkles. Made entirely in the slow cooker, it’s perfect for gifting, parties, and Christmas dessert trays.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz semi-sweet chocolate bark broken into pieces
  • 16 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Heath toffee bits
  • ½ cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the crockpot with nonstick spray or use a slow cooker liner.
  • Add dry roasted peanuts to the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle Heath toffee bits evenly over the peanuts.
  • Layer dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and broken chocolate bark on top.
  • Spoon peanut butter evenly over the chocolate layers.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  • Stir until completely smooth and evenly combined
  • Spoon the mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets or into a mini silicone muffin tin for uniform candy pieces.
  • Top with sprinkles if desired and allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
