Instructions
Fill the Bowl
Fill one mini plastic bowl with shredded paper filler, then add Valentine’s Day candy until the bowl looks full and colorful.
Assemble the Blow Pop Shape
Place the second mini plastic bowl on top of the filled bowl with the open sides facing each other. Secure the two bowls together with tape around the seam to create a round lollipop shape.
Create the Stick Hole
Using a hot glue gun, carefully melt a small hole in the bottom center of one bowl. Make the hole just large enough to fit a Valentine’s Day pencil or a sturdy straw.
Insert the Pencil or Straw
Slide the pencil or straw through the hole to form the blow pop stick. Secure it on the inside with hot glue so it stays firmly in place.
Wrap the Blow Pop
Wrap the entire bowl with clear cellophane wrap, gathering it tightly around the base near the stick to create a classic lollipop look.
Finish with Ribbon
Tie ribbon around the base of the wrapped bowl and curl the ends for a festive, gift-ready finish.
