Ingredients
Cake:
2cupsshredded carrots
120 oz crushed pineapple (with juice)
114 oz sweetened condensed milk
1box spice cake mix
½cupbutter
Frosting:
8ozcream cheese
½cupbutter
2–3 cups powdered sugar
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 dish.
Add carrots and pineapple.
Pour condensed milk over top.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly—do not stir.
Add butter slices evenly.
Bake 45–50 minutes until golden.
Cool completely.
Beat frosting ingredients and spread over cake.
