Easter Charcuterie Board (Sweet and Savory)

This Easter Charcuterie Board is easy to put together and looks so impressive for any brunch or party you plan to host for the spring holiday. Customize it to your liking with any ingredients you desire!

Ingredients

  • Cake and frosting I used cookie cutters to cut out two circles and the ears from a flat sheet cake
  • Cheese cubes
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Kiwi
  • Crackers
  • Dried candies such as oranges or apricots
  • Cucumbers
  • Carrots
  • Cashews
  • Peanut M&M’s
  • Chocolate eggs
  • Jelly Beans

Instructions

  • Start with a cake mix and follow directions on box. Use cookie cutters or a cake pan to make bunny shape (You can also use a round bowl or glass to make the circular shapes, or trace/draw the shapes you need on parchment paper.)
  • Frost bunny cake and place in the middle of the board.
  • Start placing the larger snacks on the outside rim of the board (such as the grapes and cheese cubes.)
  • Work your way towards the center of the board using the smaller items (such as Jelly Beans or M & M’s.)
  • Decorate as desired with small dishes and salami/turkey roses.

Storage: 
Store any leftovers in Zip top bags, Tupperware containers, or their original packaging. Be sure to refrigerate cheese, fruit, or meat. You can store the dry goods for up to 2 weeks, and the fridge items up to 4 days.
You can prepare this Easter grazing board 2-3 days ahead of time and store in the refrigerator. Tip: wait to add the crackers until closer to serving time so they stay fresh.
