Ingredients

Fresh Vegetables

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 celery stalks cut into sticks
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup mini bell peppers halved
  • 1 –2 cucumbers sliced or cut into sticks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 –6 radishes halved

Base + Structure

  • 4 –6 large lettuce or cabbage leaves
  • 1 small head of cabbage OR 1 large bell pepper for dip bowl

Dip

  • 1 –2 cups ranch dip or preferred veggie dip

Instructions

  • Create the base - Place two small bowls upside down inside a basket to create height.
  • Add the board - Set a serving board on top of the bowls to form a flat surface.
  • Layer greens - Arrange lettuce or cabbage leaves over the board to create fullness and hide gaps.
  • Prepare dip bowl - Hollow out a cabbage or bell pepper and place it in the center.
  • Arrange vegetables - Start with larger vegetables, then fill in with smaller ones for balance.
  • Style and adjust - Alternate colors and textures for a full, visually appealing look.
  • Serve immediately - Enjoy fresh or refrigerate until ready to serve.
