Easy Beer Battered Shrimp Tacos

These easy beer battered shrimp tacos are crispy, creamy, and packed with flavor. Made with Sea Cuisine Guinness Beer Battered Shrimp, a quick homemade slaw, and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce, this sheet pan dinner is perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

For the Shrimp Tacos

  • 1 package Sea Cuisine Guinness Beer Battered Shrimp
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 –2 ripe avocados sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • lime wedges for serving

For the Creamy Lime Slaw

  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro optional

Topping

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

Bake the shrimp

  • Preheat your oven according to the package directions. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake until golden and crispy.

Make the slaw

  • In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated and creamy. Set aside.

Warm the tortillas

  • Warm tortillas in a skillet, microwave, or oven until soft and pliable.

Assemble the tacos

  • Fill each tortilla with crispy shrimp, a scoop of slaw, sliced avocado, and fresh cilantro.

Finish and serve

  • Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and finish with a squeeze of fresh lime. Serve immediately.
