Ingredients

  • 1 13-ounce refrigerated pizza crust
  • ½ cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
  • ¼ pound thinly sliced deli ham
  • ¼ pound sliced deli salami
  • ¼ pound sliced deli pepperoni
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll the refrigerated pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the meats, then top with the Italian seasoning.
  • Starting with the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam and both ends to seal.
  • Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Cut 3–4 small slits across the top.
  • Stir the garlic powder into the melted butter and brush it generously over the top. Sprinkle with the dried parsley.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Don't overfill the stromboli or it may split while baking.
Freshly grated mozzarella melts better than pre-shredded cheese.
Let the stromboli rest before slicing to help keep the filling inside.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
