Ingredients

For the Fruit

  • 1 lb strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple chopped
  • 3 –4 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups grapes halved if large
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented (optional)
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds optional

For the Honey Lime Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice about 1–2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  • Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull, peel, and chop into bite-sized pieces. If using orange, peel and segment it, removing any excess pith for the best texture.
  • Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl, gently combining so it’s evenly distributed.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss until everything is evenly coated without breaking the fruit.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and become extra refreshing.
  • Give it a gentle toss before serving and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Orange adds extra brightness - It gives a subtle citrus sweetness that pairs perfectly with the honey lime dressing.
Use ripe, fresh fruit - This makes the biggest difference in overall flavor.
Add bananas last (if using) - They brown quickly, so wait until right before serving.
Don’t skip the lime zest - It adds depth and elevates the citrus flavor.
Make ahead tip - Prep fruit and dressing separately, then combine before serving for best texture.
Too much juice? - Simply stir before serving to redistribute the dressing.
