  • 8 –10 slices cheddar cheese or more for extra cheesy sliders
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

  • Preheat oven: Preheat to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
  • Make garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley.
  • Slice rolls: Slice each Hawaiian rolls into thirds, vertically.
  • Butter the rolls: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the rolls.
  • Add cheese: Layer cheddar cheese between the rolls, making sure the cheese covers the bread for the best melt.
  • Bake: Place sliders on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and melty.
  • Serve: Serve warm with tomato soup, marinara, or your favorite dip.

Notes

Best cheese options: Cheddar is classic, but cheddar + mozzarella or provolone makes them extra melty.
Extra crispy tip: Broil for 30–60 seconds at the end for a crispier top (watch closely!).
Serving idea: These are amazing cut into smaller “dippers” for parties and snack boards.
Storage & Reheating
Store: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat: Oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes or air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes for the best crispy texture.
