Tips:
Use Quality Beef Hot Dogs. There are so many brands and varieties available, but we recommend a high quality all-beef dog for the best flavor.
Cut Similar-Sized Pieces. Be sure they're all the same size, so they cook evenly.
Stir Halfway Through. While they're cooking, stop midway and give them a stir to make sure they get caramelized on all sides.
Use a Thick BBQ Sauce: The thicker the sauce, the better. This will give you the best sticky coating.
Cook Until Crispy: Let these cook until their edges crisp slightly for that signature burnt end texture.
Storage: Store any leftover burnt ends in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in the oven or an air fryer until warmed through and slightly crispy.
