7ozcan chipotle pepper in adobodrained and finely minced
¼cupstrawberry or raspberry jam
1cupchopped fresh cilantroabout 2 bunches
1small jalapeñodiced (or to taste)
2–3 tablespoons finely diced white or yellow onion
2–3 tablespoons finely diced red onion
½cupcherry tomatoesquartered
Tortilla chipsfritos or crackers, for serving
Instructions
Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly onto a small serving plate or shallow bowl, creating a smooth base layer.
Generously drizzle hot honey over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle the minced chipotle pepper evenly over the honey layer.
Spoon the jam over the top and gently spread it without mixing into the layers below.
Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the jam.
Add the diced white or yellow onion, red onion, and sliced jalapeños.
Finish by topping with the quartered cherry tomatoes.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
