Ingredients

  • 3 oz prosecco chilled
  • 2 oz limoncello chilled
  • 1 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Lemon wheel or slice optional, for garnish
  • Fresh mint optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill the glass – Add ice to a large wine glass until it’s about halfway full. This keeps the drink cold without watering it down too quickly.
  • Pour the prosecco – Slowly pour in the chilled prosecco first. This helps preserve the bubbles and creates the base of the cocktail.
  • Add the limoncello – Pour the limoncello over the prosecco, allowing it to naturally mix without needing heavy stirring.
  • Top with soda water – Add a splash of club soda to lighten the drink and balance the sweetness.
  • Gently stir – Give it a quick, gentle stir to combine while keeping the carbonation intact.
  • Garnish and serve – Add a lemon slice and fresh mint for a bright, fresh finish. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

Notes

  • Chill everything first – Cold ingredients make a huge difference in flavor and keep the drink crisp and refreshing.
  • Add soda last – This helps maintain the fizz and prevents the drink from going flat.
  • Adjust to taste – Prefer it sweeter? Add more limoncello. Want it lighter? Add more soda water.
  • Make it for a crowd – Multiply the ingredients and serve in a pitcher, adding soda water right before serving.
  • Best served fresh – This cocktail is at its best when freshly made and bubbly.
