Ingredients

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese crackers like Cheez-Its or similar
  • 2 cups cheddar snack mix such as Munchies or a store brand blend
  • 2 cups cone-shaped corn snacks nacho cheese Bugles or similar
  • 1 cup fish-shaped cheddar crackers Goldfish work great
  • 1 cup mini saltine crackers
  • 1 cup pretzel twists
  • 2 cups cheddar mini Sun Chips your special twist!
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper optional for a hint of heat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all the crunchy snacks — the crackers, pretzels, corn snacks, and cheddar mini Sun Chips — in a large mixing bowl. Toss to mix evenly.
  • Mix the seasonings: In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and black pepper.
  • Coat the mix: Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the dry ingredients and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Make sure each piece gets a little flavor!
  • Bake: Spread the mixture in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden and toasted.
  • Cool: Remove from the oven and allow the snack mix to cool completely on the baking sheet before storing. This step helps it crisp up even more.
  • Serve & enjoy: Once cool, enjoy right away or store for later — but fair warning, it never lasts long!

Notes

Let the mix cool completely before storing to keep it crispy.
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less crushed red pepper.
Want more flavor? Add a sprinkle of ranch or onion powder to the seasoning mix.
Keep the mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
To re-crisp, bake for 5–7 minutes at 250°F before serving.
