Mini Brie Pumpkin Pastries

These adorable Mini Brie Pumpkin Pastries are made with flaky puff pastry, creamy Brie cheese, and sweet apricot jam for the ultimate fall appetizer. They're perfect for Thanksgiving, Halloween, Friendsgiving, holiday parties, or any cozy gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 small wheel Brie cheese
  • 2 –3 tablespoons apricot jam
  • Cooking twine
  • Pretzel sticks or cinnamon sticks
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into 4–6 equal squares.
  • Add about 1 teaspoon of apricot jam and a piece of Brie to the center of each square.
  • Bring the corners together and pinch tightly to seal.
  • Flip the pastry seam-side down.
  • Wrap loosely with cooking twine to create pumpkin ridges.
  • Whisk together the egg and water, then brush over each pastry.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the cooking twine.
  • Insert a pretzel stick or cinnamon stick into the top of each pastry to create the stem.
  • Serve warm.

Don't overfill with jam.
Tie the twine loosely.
