Ingredients
For the Taco Wreath
1poundground beef
1packet taco seasoning
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
2cans refrigerated crescent rolls
For the Board & Toppings
2cupsshredded lettuce
1cupcherry tomatoes
1bell peppercut into a bow shape
1½cupsguacamole
1small jalapeñothinly sliced
2tablespoonsfinely diced red onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning according to package directions. Remove from heat and allow the meat to cool slightly.
Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Arrange them in a circular wreath shape on the prepared baking sheet with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the pointed ends facing outward.
Spoon the taco meat evenly over the wide ends of the crescent dough. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the meat.
Fold the pointed ends of the crescent rolls over the filling and tuck them underneath to form a sealed wreath.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes before transferring to a serving board.
Spread shredded lettuce across the board, place the taco wreath on top, and decorate with cherry tomatoes and the bell pepper bow.
Scoop guacamole into the center of the wreath and top with sliced jalapeños and red onion. Serve immediately.
