Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3 ripe peaches sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place it in a large serving bowl.
  • Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and slice or dice them into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the bowl with the watermelon.
  • Thinly slice the fresh basil and sprinkle it over the fruit.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and fresh lime juice until fully combined.
  • Pour the honey-lime dressing over the watermelon and peaches. Gently toss until evenly coated.
