Cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and classic burger condiments, then wrapped in buttery Pillsbury Grands biscuits and baked until golden. They’re the ultimate handheld comfort food for parties, game days, or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 Tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or blend)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

  • sliced pickles (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain grease. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese until melted and smooth.

  • Flatten each Pillsbury Grands biscuit into a circle.

  • Place beef filling in the center, add pickles on top (optional) . Fold and pinch edges to seal.

  • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

  • You can add shredded or grated Parmesan along with fresh parsley to the egg wash for more flavor
