Unleash your inner ghoul with this terrifyingly delicious Halloween Charcuterie Board! (Or should we say “Scare-cuterie board!) 🧀👻

Ingredients

Scale

    • One 4 oz package of Panino Prosciutto (Mozzarella Cheese wrapped in Prosciutto.) You could also wrap Prosciutto around cheese sticks.

    • One 8 oz package of Goat Cheese (I used Roth Chèvre goat cheese)

    • One 4 oz package of Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese (you can also use regular)

    • 45 strips of Prosciutto (to wrap around the goat cheese sections)

    • 1 tomato (to slice “fingernails”)

    • Crackers or favorite dippers

Instructions

    1. Optional (but helpful!) Trace hand on parchment paper or wax paper for accurate proportions and sizing.
    2. Place on Panino Prosciutto “fingers” (you can trim the sizes for appropriate finger length.)
    3. Place larger goat cheese “wrist/forearm.”
    4. Place on smaller goat cheese “hand” above wrist/forearm and below “fingers.”
    5. Once accurate sizing is achieved, transfer to serving board without the parchment/wax paper.
    6. Wrap Prosciutto around the two goat cheese sections.
    7. Trim “fingernails” from one tomato. Add on top of fingers.
    8. Serve with favorite crackers or dippers and enjoy!
