Unleash your inner ghoul with this terrifyingly delicious Halloween Charcuterie Board! (Or should we say “Scare-cuterie board!) 🧀👻
-
- One 4 oz package of Panino Prosciutto (Mozzarella Cheese wrapped in Prosciutto.) You could also wrap Prosciutto around cheese sticks.
-
- One 8 oz package of Goat Cheese (I used Roth Chèvre goat cheese)
-
- One 4 oz package of Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese (you can also use regular)
-
- 4–5 strips of Prosciutto (to wrap around the goat cheese sections)
-
- 1 tomato (to slice “fingernails”)
-
- Crackers or favorite dippers
-
- Optional (but helpful!) Trace hand on parchment paper or wax paper for accurate proportions and sizing.
- Place on Panino Prosciutto “fingers” (you can trim the sizes for appropriate finger length.)
- Place larger goat cheese “wrist/forearm.”
- Place on smaller goat cheese “hand” above wrist/forearm and below “fingers.”
- Once accurate sizing is achieved, transfer to serving board without the parchment/wax paper.
- Wrap Prosciutto around the two goat cheese sections.
- Trim “fingernails” from one tomato. Add on top of fingers.
- Serve with favorite crackers or dippers and enjoy!
