If you haven’t heard of a “waffle-which” it is basically like a panini, only you make it in the waffle maker instead!

Ingredients

You can add anything you’d like! Here’s what I used:

    • Waffle iron
    • Bread
    • Arugula
    • Tomatoes
    • Red onion
    • Pickles
    • Banana peppers
    • Turkey
    • Roast beef
    • Provolone
    • Cheddar
    • Bacon

Instructions

    1. Preheat a waffle maker to medium-low heat.

    1. Spread each slice of bread with the condiment of your choice. Next add all your favorite sandwich toppings. Close the sandwich and butter the top with 1 tablespoon butter.

    1. Set the sandwich, butter-side down, in the waffle maker. Spread more butter on top of the sandwich and close the waffle maker.

    1. Toast until golden and crisp, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
