These 2-ingredient Flower Lemon Tarts are as easy as they are beautiful. Crispy, golden pastry filled with silky lemon curd—perfect for spring gatherings or a quick treat!

1 package of pre-made pie crust or puff pastry
½ cup lemon curd
Optional garnishes berry or powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry and use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes.
Shape the Tarts: Gently press each flower shape into a mini muffin tin to form little tart shells.
Bake: Place the tin in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tart shells are golden brown.
Cool: Let the baked shells cool completely before filling.
Fill with Lemon Curd: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of lemon curd into each cooled tart shell.
Serve & Enjoy: As an extra touch, dust with powdered sugar or garnish with a small berry!
