These 2-ingredient Flower Lemon Tarts are as easy as they are beautiful. Crispy, golden pastry filled with silky lemon curd—perfect for spring gatherings or a quick treat!

    • ½ cup lemon curd

    • Optional garnishes berry or powdered sugar

Instructions

    • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry and use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes.
