How to Make Adorable Two-Ingredient Flower Lemon Tarts!
These 2-ingredient Flower Lemon Tarts are as easy as they are beautiful. Crispy, golden pastry filled with silky lemon curd—perfect for spring gatherings or a quick treat! ☀️✨🍋

These are sweet, simple, and oh-so-delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-made pie crust or puff pastry
- ½ cup lemon curd (you can also substitute this for your filling, such as strawberry, apple, or blueberry.)
- Optional garnishes berry or powdered sugar
- Supplies: Flower cookie cutter and mini muffin tin. (If you don’t have a silicone muffin tin, be sure to use cooking spray so the pastry doesn’t stick.)

You can find Lemon Curd or filling in the baking aisle of your grocery store. This is what I used!

Directions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry and use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes.
- Shape the Tarts: Gently press each flower shape into a mini muffin tin to form little tart shells.
- Bake: Place the tin in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tart shells are golden brown.
- Cool: Let the baked shells cool completely before filling.
- Fill with Lemon Curd: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of lemon curd into each cooled tart shell.
- Serve & Enjoy: As an extra touch, dust with powdered sugar or garnish with a small berry!

These cheerful, edible flowers just make me smile! I couldn’t believe how easy they were!

Here’s a Quick Video Tutorial!
Perfect Presentation Platters
I served my Lemon Tarts on a wooden food board with fresh flowers, but they would look adorable on just about anything! Here are some of our favorite recs:
Food Boards: You could use this wooden food board from Walmart for so many things! I also love this acacia version that’s under $15 for a smaller set up! If you’d like to do a larger board, I use this round wooden tray from Target all the time and also love this checkered board from Temu for a great price! Antique Hardware has this set of 3 that I get so much use out of.
White Serving Platters: I love this large white porcelain platter from Walmart that I use all the time, as well as this marble tray for an amazing price!! For another all-white option, this white marble pastry board from World Market is my favorite!

Cake Stands: I love this beautiful, checkered cake-stand from MacKenzie-Childs! For a more budget-friendly option, you can’t go wrong with this wood and metal option or this wooden stand from Walmart. I also love this marble and acacia cake stand!
Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are this checkered chopping board, my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.
Can I Prep These Flower Lemon Tarts in Advance?
Yes! You can cut the puff pastry into flower shapes and set them in a muffin tin in the fridge for a few hours before baking. You can also serve these either warm or at room temperature, so feel free to fully prepare these cute little guys and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. (We’d recommend one day in advance.)
Storing Leftovers
Place any leftovers in a Tupperware container and refrigerate, where they should stay fresh for several days! You can also freeze for up to a month.

Enjoy!
