Ingredients

Scale

Spinach Dip Ingredients:

    • 10 ounces fresh spinach (frozen, thawed and drained is okay too)

    • 2 cups sour cream*

    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise*

    • 1/2 cup cream cheese

    • 8 ounces water chestnuts , drained and chopped

    • 1/4 cup scallions , thinly sliced

    • 1.4 ounces Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix

Bread Bowl Ingredients:

    • One bread bowl

    • One long baguette, cut in two pieces (for the ears)

    • Veggies to make the bunny face

    • Preferred veggies for dipping

Instructions

For the Spinach Dip:

    1. Rinse the spinach in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave it (covered with a wet paper towel) for 2 minutes.
    2. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the bowl until well combined.
    3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably longer) before serving.

For the Bread Bowl:

    1. Start with a bread bowl and slice off the top and set aside. Remove the inside of the bowl and rip into tiny chunks to use for dipping later.
    2. Cut a long baguette into two and arrange them as the bunny ears.
    3. Place veggies on the top of the bread bowl to make a bunny face and place at the base of the baguette “ears.”
    4. Fill the bread bowl with Spinach Dip and surround with veggies for dipping.
    5. Enjoy!
