How adorable is this Bunny Bread Bowl? Combine with my homemade Spinach Dip for an easy and delicious Easter appetizer!
Spinach Dip Ingredients:

- 10 ounces fresh spinach (frozen, thawed and drained is okay too)

- 8 ounces water chestnuts , drained and chopped

- 1/4 cup scallions , thinly sliced

- 1.4 ounces Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
Bread Bowl Ingredients:

- One long baguette, cut in two pieces (for the ears)

- Veggies to make the bunny face

- Preferred veggies for dipping
For the Spinach Dip:

- Rinse the spinach in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave it (covered with a wet paper towel) for 2 minutes.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients into the bowl until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably longer) before serving.
For the Bread Bowl:

- Start with a bread bowl and slice off the top and set aside. Remove the inside of the bowl and rip into tiny chunks to use for dipping later.
- Cut a long baguette into two and arrange them as the bunny ears.
- Place veggies on the top of the bread bowl to make a bunny face and place at the base of the baguette “ears.”
- Fill the bread bowl with Spinach Dip and surround with veggies for dipping.
