Delicious BLT Chicken Salad

This BLT Chicken Salad comes together so quickly and can be easily modified for a healthy, delicious meal!


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded (or 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded)
  • 5 strips of bacon – chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Heart Healthy Substitutions: 

  • Swap out regular mayo for reduced-fat mayo
  • Use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon (heat in the microwave on a paper plate)
  • Serve on lettuce wrap


  • If using raw chicken, cook and chop.
  • Cook bacon or turkey bacon per package directions.
  • Chop tomatoes and green onion.
  • Mix all ingredients until evenly combined.
  • Serve on preferred bread or lettuce and enjoy!
