This BLT Chicken Salad comes together so quickly and can be easily modified for a healthy, delicious meal!

When it comes to making lunch, I need something that’s quick and easy, but also healthy and filling. I make this BLT Chicken Salad all the time and love how it can be served in a variety of ways to change things up.

Ingredients
You may even have some or all of these ingredients already in your refrigerator!
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded (or 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded)
- 5 strips of bacon – chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Heart-Healthy Substitutions
For a healthier option, try these easy tweaks:
- Swap out regular mayo for reduced-fat mayo
- Use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon (heat in the microwave on a paper plate)
- Serve on lettuce wrap

Optional Serving Suggestions
You can serve this as is, on a wrap, bread, lettuce, Hawaiian roll, pretzel rolls, over crackers – you name it!

Directions
- If using raw chicken, cook and chop.
- Cook bacon or turkey bacon per package directions.
- Chop tomatoes and green onion.
- Mix all ingredients until evenly combined.

Perfect Presentation Platters
These would be a great serving option for brunch, lunch, baby or wedding showers, and more! Here are my favorite serving options:
Pretty Bowls for the Chicken Salad: For a wooden look, this mango wood bowl from JC Penny is so versatile, as well as this similar version from Target. I also love this pretty white scalloped bowl or this unique white ceramic bowl.
Chopping Boards: I use round wooden serving boards all the time, both for prep and serving. Some of my favorites are this white striped wooden board from Kirklands, this mango wood board from Target, this marble and wood rectangular tray from JC Penney, or this round marble and wood option from World Market. Finally, this MacKenzie Childs checkered board is a bit of an investment, but I use it all the time and also display it as decor in my kitchen.
White Porcelain Platters: I love this set of two white porcelain platters, or you could go with this large white porcelain platter. Both are from Walmart at a great price!
Serving Trays: If you’d prefer to use a serving tray, this oval serving tray with handles is dreamy and at a great price, as well as this is acacia wooden tray with handles from Walmart. I also use this circular wooden serving tray from Target all the time!
Can I Make This Ahead of Time?
Yes! Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Storing Leftovers
This should keep for about 4 days in a Tupperware container. If you made it in advance, keep in mind it won’t last quite as long.

Enjoy!
I hope this easy BLT Chicken Salad helps to spice up your lunch or dinner routine! Have a wonderful week!
XOXO,
Leana
