  • 1.5 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • .75 oz amaretto
  • 3 tablespoons milk or Half and Half
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar (also called confectioner’s sugar)
  • 1 cup of ice

Ingredients for Rim Decorations:

  • White frosting or white melting chocolate
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter. A little goes a long way with this edible glitter!
  • Drink toppers. Did you know you can use cupcake toppers in a glass? These silver and gold ones are so fun!

Instructions

Directions for Martini:

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a martini shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Once chilled, pour into the prepared martini glass.

If you don’t have a martini shaker, you can use a pitcher and stir.

Directions for Rim Decorations:

  1. Place white frosting and sprinkles on separate plates.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass in white frosting, then the sprinkles.
  3. If using white melting chocolate, melt the chocolates in the microwave at 15-second intervals. Once melted, dip the rim in the chocolate, followed by the sprinkles.

Notes

Substitutions: You can definitely make a non-alcoholic version for your guests or kids to enjoy! Leave out the Bailey’s, Vodka, and Amaretto and instead use:

  • 1/2 cup milk or half and half.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar (also called confectioners’ sugar.)
  • 1 cup ice

Shake or stir vigorously and pour into a prepared glass.
