Ingredients
Foam cone
Foam circle (for the brim)
Toothpicks or a long wooden dowel
Chocolate donut holes (this depends on the size of your cone and base. I would recommend always buying more than you think you need. I used approximately five dozen.)
Sweet tart rope (you can also use Fruit by the Foot!)
Plastic wrap
Hot glue gun (optional, for added stability)
Instructions
Wrap Foam: Wrap the foam cone and circle with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Attach Brim: Place the cone upright on the circle. Secure with toothpicks or a long wooden dowel through the base of the cone and into the foam circle.
Add Donut Holes: Stick chocolate donut holes around the cone, using toothpicks to secure them through the holes and into the foam (through the plastic wrap). Continue in a spiral pattern until the cone is covered.
Make and Attach Bow: use 2 SweetTart ropes to create loops for a bow and secure with toothpick. You can also use a Fruit by the Foot!
Finish: Adjust any loose pieces. Your witch hat is ready to display!
