Shamrock Pretzel Pops with sprinkles

These Shamrock Pretzel Pops are such an easy, fun, and kid-friendly dessert to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag green candy melts 12 oz
  • 45 mini pretzel twists
  • 15 small lollipop sticks
  • Green and white sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Lay out a piece of parchment paper.
  2. In a small microwave safe bowl, add candy melts and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Dip the end of the lollipop stick into chocolate and lay on the parchment paper.
  4. Next, dip one pretzel twist in your chocolate at a time. Use a fork to lift it out of the chocolate and lay three in a group with the bottoms touching each other in the shape of a shamrock.
  5. Add the lollipop stick in the center of the three pretzels and top with sprinkles.
  6. Leave them to set for about 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
