These Shamrock Pretzel Pops are such an easy, fun, and kid-friendly dessert to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

1 bag green candy melts 12 oz
45 mini pretzel twists
15 small lollipop sticks
Green and white sprinkles
Instructions
Lay out a piece of parchment paper.
In a small microwave safe bowl, add candy melts and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Dip the end of the lollipop stick into chocolate and lay on the parchment paper.
Next, dip one pretzel twist in your chocolate at a time. Use a fork to lift it out of the chocolate and lay three in a group with the bottoms touching each other in the shape of a shamrock.
Add the lollipop stick in the center of the three pretzels and top with sprinkles.
Leave them to set for about 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
