16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup blueberry pie filling
1/4 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup strawberry pie filling
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Fresh fruit, crackers, or cookies for serving
Instructions
Add softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients together until fully incorporated and smooth.
Spread mixture in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
Spoon the strawberry pie filling on 1/3 of the cheesecake filling and top with fresh strawberries, leaving the middle 1/3 uncovered.
Spoon the blueberry pie filling on the opposite 1/3 of the cheesecake filling and top with fresh blueberries. (This will give it that “red, white, and blue” look.)
Serve with your favorite fruits, crackers, and cookies.
