If you are really pressed for time, you could also just substitute the cheesecake mixture for Cool-Whip!

Blueberry Pie Filling

I used blueberry pie filling, but you could substitute with Apple Pie filling or any other preferred flavor!

Directions

    1. Add softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.
    2. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients together until fully incorporated and smooth.
    3. Spread mixture in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
    4. Spoon the strawberry pie filling on 1/3 of the cheesecake filling and top with fresh strawberries, leaving the middle 1/3 uncovered.
    5. Spoon the blueberry pie filling on the opposite 1/3 of the cheesecake filling and top with fresh blueberries. (This will give it that “red, white, and blue” look.)

    Perfect Presentation Platters

This Cheesecake Dip looks cute in just about anything and can be used in an everyday dish or any specific holiday dish (such as substituting oranges and a pumpkin platter for Halloween or a Christmas platter for the holidays). Here are some of my favorite serving platters!

Star-Shaped Platter: I used this large star-shaped bowl from MacKenzie-Childs, stacked on top of her star platter!

Patriotic Platters:Β The MacKenzie-Childs pieces are beautiful quality and a bit more higher-end, but Michaels has an amazing patriotic selection for great prices! Another great option isΒ thisΒ star platter or star-shaped bowl, both from Kirklands.

Blue Checkered Dessert Plates: I love my MacKenzie-Childs dessert plates! If you love her items as much as I do, you can see more from her collection here and shop the post. πŸ™‚

Kitchen Links:Β I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are thisΒ checkered chopping board, my black and whiteΒ checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkeredΒ utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find inΒ small,Β medium, orΒ large.

Can I Prep This in Advance?

Yes! This Cheesecake Dip will keep in the refrigerator up to two days in advance (Just cover tightly with Saran Wrap or store in a Tupperware container before transferring it to a festive dish.)

    Storing Leftover Cheesecake Dip

Cover any leftovers tightly with Saran Wrap or transfer to a Tupperware container. Store in the refrigerator, where it should stay fresh for 2-3 days. For any dry snacks like Nilla Wafers or cookies, you can place back in their original packaging or store at room temp in a Ziploc Bag.
